SHIPPING POLICY
You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped - please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. (excluding weekends and holidays.) Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 15 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. In some cases, backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible. You can expect to receive a notification that your order has been packed within 5 business days.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. We accept returns and exchanges for product damaged in transit or if incorrect item was shipped
Damages and issues:
Upon reception contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days upon reception to inform us about any damages or issues.
